Our kitchen is the “family hub” of the house. Most of our tenants looooooove to cook. They come from all over the world, so cooking in the house is never boring. It’s really interesting to observe and try different cuisines. Sometimes I walk in the house to the most amazing smell from the kitchen. I walk into the kitchen full of people cooking, chatting and laughing together waiting for the dinner to come to the plates. I am reminded that it’s an “Indian Night” tonight and next weekend it’s going to be “Chinese Night”. In moments like these, I know that we are doing something great here.
