Our house has six bedrooms. Single and double rooms are available. They are all fully furnished. We move the furniture in and out according to how the room is rented and considering the tenant’s preferences.

Single Rooms
These rooms are available for one person only. They are furnished with:
- Triple door wardrobe
- Single bed
- Desk and chair
Rent: $155 per week Utilities charge: $50 per month Bond: $310
Double Rooms
Double rooms can be shared by two people or rented by one person. They are furnished with:
- Wardrobes
- One or two single beds
- One or two desks and chairs
One person renting a room:
Rent: $170 – $180 per week Utilities charge: $50 per month Bond: $340 – $360
Two people sharing a room:
Rent: $230 per week Utilities charge: $60 per month Bond: $460
NOTE: - The rates are based on 12 months lease and are subject to change any time. Please contact us for an exact quote. - Rent & Utilities Charge is payed monthly in advance. - Bond is a security deposit charged before the lease starts. The bond is returned to the tenant at the end of the lease providing that no damages were caused by the tenant.
